Another crap quality article on Digg. Cloud seeding isn't even close to being new.
But then you'd never have the memories. Some memories are priceless man.

No *****. For the most part I tend to torrent games first before buying since the game industry stopped the practice of making a short demo available for people to try before you buy. I have been burned far too many times by buying games w/o trying them out first on the PC since once you buy it you can't return it like you can console games. ut developers like BioWare ave never let me down so I will be buying this game w/o dowloading first. BioWare sets the standard in my opinion when it comes to role playing games on any platform. We should all support vendors who consistently release great games..

Who eats croissants? Here in the states, we cut them open and add processed meats and fake cheese, wrap them in wax paper and throw them into some slob's car at the drive-in window. "Here's yor croissanwich you fat piece of *****."Source: Richard Jeni's HBO special, A Big Steaming Pile of Me?

don't take someone's land, and they wont shoot rockets, how is that hard to figure out?also, there's the matter of proportionality of the attacks that I was alluding to, and etc etc etc. When was the last time Israel tried peace in exchange for their own security? And I mean put a serious offer on the table?

@rizzo2008:A solar generator on the top of the roof would not be able to produce enough hydrogen to fuel even a single car; factor in the losses through the solar panels (current panels are about 18% efficient, the 41% efficient silicon PV material isn't cost effective yet), and the losses during electrolysis, etc. and you have a dismal conversion ratio.Hydrogen is extremely poor as a storage medium when it comes to energy density. It is incredibly energy dense on a MJ/kg metric, but a kilogram of hydrogen takes up a huge volume; volumetrically, hydrogen is one of the lowest density ways of storing energy. If our goal is energy independence and sustainability, renewably generated electricity is the way to go, and batteries still serve this role better than hydrogen, even though they have much lower energy density. This is because on the basis of acreage of land, solar electricity is more efficient than biofuels by far:http://www.ecogeek.org/component/content/article/1 ...http://www.ecogeek.org/biofuels/752But I agree, in the short run, nothing beats fuel in an efficient engine.

Is this a joke? I had to stop reading after the first few..."A week before he was sworn in, Obama jammed part two of the bank bailout down the throat of his own party — a $350 billion accomplishment." -- accomplishment? Really?"Two days after he was sworn in, Obama banned the use of "harsh interrogation" and ordered the closing of Guantánamo." -- and yet Gitmo is still open and going strong. In fact I just heard that the detainees will be receiving their swine flu vaccines this week even though most Americans can't get it."Two weeks after that, Obama signed the stimulus bill — a $787 billion accomplishment." -- again, accomplishment?"Ten days after that, Obama formally announced America's withdrawal from Iraq." -- but not only are we still in Iraq, we have more troops in Afganistan than ever."In April and June, Obama forced Chrysler and GM into bankruptcy." -- only to bail them out with federal funds! |
