Just want to mention that why Pakistan do not see these suicide attacks during peace time, the only time I remember in past these attacks were happening when Afghanistan was under the occupation of Soviets (Indians were working with soviet in Afghanistan at that time), and now when Afghanistan is under the occupation of Nata forces (again Indians RAW agency working under the cover of many consulates constructed along the border of Pakistan, which were supposed to be doing peace work), other factors I consider greatly is NGO's working inside Pakistan, they hire security and guess who is providing them security is Black Water, Not to mention they are the private army hired to do all sort of dirty work and where states can't do it). Lastly why Pakistan can't blame India or Blackwater or afghan bombers who are paid to cross border and do terrorism in Pakistan is because we are aware of our internal threats like TTP(Talibans) when they will be dealt with we can then move on to secure outside targets.Why Pakistan always says there are good Talibans and bad Talibans, because once America is gone from the region we will be there to deal with the mess they will leave, just like soviet heads in their asses and sooner they leave the better. It would then be a better strategy to have friends on other side of border in Afghanistan and not worrying about infiltration all the times.
