I'd condone the violence in that once you basically subject the officer to the way he's treating others you will most likely see a light bulb go off in his head when he's in the field. Maybe he'll think to himself, "would I like this done to me if I was in that situation? WILL this happen to me if it's found I used excessive force?" People may say it would make an officer hesitate and in situations you can't have that happen. I say that if a cop is so willing to disregard judgement and make on-the-fly decisions he should be willing to live with those decisions and willing to subject himself to similar consequences if he can't take the basic path of being human towards other humans.

Depression doesn't inherently mean anything is wrong with you. There are some bloody good reasons to be depressed and no amount of mind play will take them away. The situation itself needs to change.On a related subject, I'm against Marijuana. Not as a plant as such but more so for it's anti-depressant/blasÃ© effect. ***** happens in life and if you prevent yourself from dealing with it then you just creating a downward spiral of self neglect.Don't care much for psychology either. Sometimes telling people things are going to be okay or drugging them into a frontal lobotomy is borderline criminal in my opinion.
