“Well you are just flat out WRONG!Federal prisons were estimated to hold 179,204 sentenced inmates as of Sept. 30, 2007. Of these, 15,647 were incarcerated for violent offenses, including 2,915 for homicide, 8,966 for robbery, and 3,939 for other violent crimes. In addition, 10,345 inmates were serving time for property crimes, including 504 for burglary, 7,834 for fraud, and 2,006 for other property offenses. A total of 95,446 were incarcerated for drug offenses. Also, 56,237 were incarcerated for public-order offenses, including 19,528 for immigration offenses and 24,435 for weapons offenses.Source: Sabol, William J., PhD, and West, Heather C., Bureau of Justice Statistics, Prisoners in 2007 (Washington, DC: US Department of Justice, December 2008), NCJ224280, p. 22, Appendix Table 12.

Both wrong - Rorschach is actually Lawful Good. Everything to his is black or white, you are either with him or against him. Remeber, when it comes to moral ambiguity his response is "No. Not even in the face of Armageddon. Never compromise."He may seem to work outside of the law, but that's only because he believes those in power have been corrupted and are no longer worth following. In his heart is is truly Lawful Good.

@BerateBirthers: I'm guessing you're not a parent, because I don't think you entirely appreciate how horrendous a crime has been perpetrated on this child. If you truly believe that lack of "parenting skills" has anything to do with this situation, then you are so far out of touch with reality that you should be very careful crossing the street because you are one blind *****!In a way, what you're saying is a slap in the face to every normal parent out there, myself included, whose blood runs cold at the thought of what this kid has endured. To suggest that "parental skills classes" and "some needed therapy" is the difference between these monsters and normal everyday mums & dads, is a ***** insult. Hey, maybe you're right. They can go through therapy, and then grow to realise the enormity of their crime, and with their new-found humanity perhaps they'll decide to do the honourable thing and kill themselves. Now *that's* a result I can live with! |
